2. Our Compliance Commitment
Voltforce Electrical Solar & Air is a signatory to the New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC) and is bound by its requirements.
We operate in accordance with:

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Written Contracts & Commencement of Work
Voltforce will not commence installation of any solar, battery or energy system unless:

A written contract has been provided to and accepted by the customer; and
-
All required approvals (including grid connection approval where applicable) have been obtained.
All system details, inclusions, pricing and variations are governed by the executed contract.
4. Cooling-Off Rights
Where a contract is formed through unsolicited sales (for example, door-to-door marketing), customers may be entitled to a 10-business-day cooling-off period under Australian Consumer Law.
Any applicable cooling-off rights will be clearly stated within the formal contract documentation provided to you.
Where cooling-off rights do not apply, your consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
5. Quotes, Site Inspection & Due Diligence
All quotations are prepared based on information reasonably available at the time of assessment.
Before confirming installation, Voltforce undertakes appropriate due diligence to verify the suitability of your property and the accuracy of the quoted scope. This may include:

Physical site inspection

Roof structure and condition assessment
-
Switchboard and compliance review
-
Meter panel inspection
-
Review of electricity usage data (where available)
-
Preliminary distributor export enquiries
These steps are taken to:

Confirm technical feasibility
-
Ensure compliance with applicable standards
-
Accurately define the scope of works
-
Provide pricing reflective of identifiable site conditions
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
6. Variations & Unforeseen Conditions
While reasonable care and inspection are undertaken, certain conditions may not be visible or reasonably identifiable prior to works commencing.
Unforeseen conditions may include:

Pre-existing damaged or non-compliant wiring
-
Undocumented electrical alterations
-
Hidden structural defects
-
Roof deterioration beneath sheeting
-
Discovery of asbestos or suspected asbestos
-
Non-compliant switchboards requiring mandatory upgrade
-
Metering defects
-
Distributor-imposed upgrade requirements
If such conditions arise:
-
Work in the affected area may be paused for safety and compliance reasons.

You will be informed promptly.

A revised scope and cost (if applicable) will be provided in writing.
-
No additional chargeable work will proceed without approval.
Where asbestos or suspected asbestos is identified, work will cease in that area until it is assessed and, if required, removed by a licensed contractor in accordance with Queensland legislation.
Voltforce will not perform works that compromise safety or regulatory compliance.
7. Government Incentives (STCs & Battery STCs)
Where applicable, quoted pricing may include:

Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs)

Battery STCs
STC values are market-based and subject to change.
Eligibility depends on system design, installation timing and regulatory compliance. If eligibility changes due to inaccurate information, regulatory amendments, or changes beyond our control, pricing adjustments may apply in accordance with your contract.
STCs are assigned to Voltforce in exchange for the upfront discount applied to your system price.
8. Battery Systems Disclosure
Battery systems:

May not provide blackout protection unless specifically configured
-
Are subject to manufacturer software controls and updates
-
Have usable capacity limitations
-
Are affected by usage patterns and network export rules
Backup duration depends on household load at the time of outage.
Battery performance and savings outcomes may vary depending on energy consumption behaviour, tariff structure and network constraints.
9. System Performance & Marketing Representations
Voltforce does not make misleading claims regarding:

System performance
-
Energy bill savings
-
Government rebates
-
Product capability
All performance estimates are based on:
-
Historical solar data
-
Standard operating assumptions
-
Electricity tariff information available at the time of modelling
Actual performance may vary due to weather conditions, changes in usage, tariff changes and distributor export limits.
Financial projections are indicative only and do not constitute financial advice.
10. Grid Connection & Export Limits
All grid-connected systems require approval from the electricity distributor.
Export limits may be fixed, zero export or dynamically controlled by the network.
Voltforce has no control over distributor export policies or retailer tariff decisions.
11. Warranties
All supplied components carry manufacturer warranties.
Voltforce provides a 30-year workmanship warranty on solar installations.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Voltforce is responsible for the goods and services we supply and install.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing electrical or structural defects

Undisclosed site conditions
-
Asbestos remediation
-
Third-party interference after installation
-
Electricity tariff changes
-
Distributor export restrictions
-
Government rebate amendments
-
Indirect or consequential losses
Performance outcomes and savings are subject to external factors beyond our control.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding and materials remain the property of Voltforce Electrical Solar & Air unless otherwise stated.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia
